Lift heavy. Eat real food. Don’t sit on your ass all day.
Expression of Potential:
(1) Correct Training Stimulus (short intense bursts of Strength training) (2) Adequate Recovery vs. Consistency (3) Proper Nutrition (plants + MEAT + IFing).
Eat whole natural foods, minimize “food products”.
Add some healthy fats for energy.
Move your body and lift heavy things.
