		<description>The poor guy in the picture looks like he got nailed by the ball in an uncomfortable place. I think forgetting to stretch is one of the main issues. I&#039;ve had a lot of knee problems (I&#039;m a frequent runner) and I think many of them can be attributed to this.</description>

		<description>When most people are new to exercise, specifically weight lifting it&#039;s almost always poor form.  I tore my pectoral muscle trying to overdo a bench press while showing off. You can bet I did things properly from that day forward.</description>
