Hey all -
Due to some interesting changes in my personal life, I’ve let my blogging responsibilities lapse somewhat. My sincerest apologies. I do look to rectify this situation in 2010 (darn those New Year’s resolutions) but here’s a basic rundown of my new blogging strategy:
- I originally approached this blog as a place to collect my varied thoughts on all things physical (snowboarding, BJJ, strength training), but it seems to have evolved into a weird mix of a fitness media/exercise science class. I still intend to focus on education, but I want to get back to how these nifty science-y things impact my (and more importantly, your) training and performance. So I’ll do that.
- I get a ton of questions everyday from clients and email. So I’ll feature some Q and A on a semi-regular basis. So feel free to send me whatever fitness or nutrition-related questions have been smoldering in your little heads.
- In the interest of transparency, I’ll feature more little vignettes about my personal (as in, my own) training trials and tribulations.
Nothing Earth-shattering, and all things I’ve touched upon in the past, but I’ve recently learned that things need to be put down in black and white, no matter how apparently self-evident. So there it is.
